ICARE is an international humanitarian organization committed to helping the poor and needy develop and improve their physical, mental, emotional and moral conditions. Our vision is to effect community transformation by offering hope and love to children, elderly and communities in need.

To fulfill our mission and vision, we work through a network of willing volunteers and organizations worldwide, which have a compassion for the poor and needy. We also work in co-operation with existing local Chinese Government agencies throughout the Gansu Province to help the local people in needy areas, by focusing on mutual priorities for alleviation of poverty and other needs. Through various programs and projects which involve direct participation by the people in need, we seek to develop and enable individuals and communities to enhance their quality of life.
